Permanent Magnetic Chucks

Permanent magnetic chucks are magnetic devices that allow to anchor metallic pieces and to facilitate the work with machining tools: (milling, grinding etc.).
Work pieces can be secured by rotating a lever, thus highly reducing the time it takes to fine-tune the machine.
Electro-permanent magnetic chucks are activated by a source of energy that is created only at the moment when the magnetization and demagnetization takes place.
No energy is absorbed during the working phase.
Even if a power failure were to occur during the work phase, the field would remain magnetized.
